I got a job! Ice Cream Artist. Boo ya!

So I have DSPS. It’s a non-profit disability. BUT, can be helped with pot.

Paypal is a financial institution right?

@coreyzerf Thank you, Thank you. But I can’t take all the credit, I have years of technical experience that lead me here.

I just Deleted my Ubuntu partition, including grub. Yep, that dumb.

I can’t help but laugh everytime I see a job requirement that says “must handle heavy load”.

Job interviews suck.

I was forced to quit my job well over 3 months ago. In January, while I was still employed, I had requested numerous times that my personal e-mail address be removed from the internal forums so that I would not receive e-mails at home about work topics. Repeatedly, they said it would be done. To date, it’s still not done. This means that I still have an active account with a company that I don’t work for. Good job T-Mobile/Startek, you’re idiots. You want to look at security flaws, here’s a huge one.

As promised, I’m posting all communications in a public forum.

Hi Marc,
Hope you and yours are doing well. I’m writing you today in regards to
T-Mobile Community (T-Community) under the assumption that you are
still the StarTek Kingston ‘Site Champion’ and point of contact. If
this is no longer the case, I would be grateful if this message can be
forwarded to them or if you would be so kind as to give me their
contact information. I’ve sent a carbon copy of this message as well
to Chantelle J, in the case that you are currently away from the
workplace.

As you are likely aware, I have not been an active StarTek/T-Mobile
employee since the end of June 2011. However, I am still receiving
notifications from the T-Community automated system frequently
advising me of changes to my profile, when people choose to follow me
as well as updates to topics I may have been watching prior to my
departure (including full posts of those updates).

I had requested countless times during my employment that my personal
e-mail be removed from the T-Community profile, but with no results.
I’ve contacted the community address (T-MobileCommunity@t-mobile.com)
directly repeatedly, the last time being August 1st, and was advised
that it will be handled within 3 business days. As I am still
receiving these e-mails, I ask you to please reach out to business
support and remove my information and/or simply have my profile
deactivated immediately.

Today being the morning of August 31st; The end of the 3rd business
day will be Friday, September 2nd. Should I receiving any
notifications after said date, the full content of those e-mails will
be posted in a publicly accessible forum, as I grow tired of seeing
the reminder of recurring incompetence in my inbox.

Take Care,
Jeff

Hi Jeff,
I tried to call you, but the number we have from your file does not take
incoming calls. I just wanted to let you know I received your email and
I have contacted Service Partner Management to ensure this is taken care
of for you. I was unaware you were receiving emails at your personal
email address; I apologize you are still getting notifications.

Thanks for contacting us.

Chantelle

As started: On this feature, Once they use 200 MB during their monthly cycle, it will be throttled/reduced in speed for the remainder of the monthly cycle. They will still have unlimited Internet, just painfully slow.

4G speeds typically go between 4-5 megabytes-per-second (~4024-5024 kilobytes-per-second) download, and 1mbps (~1024 kbps) upload. [doc]

Once throttled, it will top out at 50 kbps. This is slower then dial-up (which is 56 kbps). [doc]

It will go back to high speed once the monthly cycle restarts.
